Haus Enzian is a cozy, family-run guesthouse located in the beautiful Niederau village of the Kitzbühel Alps. The house offers 3 apartments, 7 double rooms, and 3 family rooms of various sizes, accommodating 2 to 5 people. All rooms are equipped with a balcony, shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, radio, and flat-screen TV. Just a few steps away, the free ski and hiking bus takes you to nearby slopes and hiking trails, which end just 100 meters from the house. Free parking is available.

Useful information for your stay
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, and we ask that you vacate your room by 9:30 AM on the day of departure. Our rooms can be booked with either breakfast or half board – for a delightful start to the day or a completely carefree holiday experience.
Please note that pets are unfortunately not allowed. Free parking is available for our guests directly in front of the house. We also offer a secure bicycle and ski room for storing your sports equipment.
Of course, you can use our free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Parties and events are not permitted in our house – so that all guests can enjoy the peace and quiet they deserve.
